A Letter from the CEO

To the Heritage Point community,

Savannah Lakes has always been a place people return to — for the water, for the quiet, for the version of life that only happens at the lake. Heritage Point is our commitment to building the next chapter of that story thoughtfully, on a peninsula that has carried two states' worth of history for generations.

We are approaching this work in phases, starting with the foundations: planning for Liberty Marina, Lincoln's Landing, and Cannon Green, and shaping neighborhoods that reflect how people actually want to live here — not a single template repeated four times, but a set of real choices for real households.

We will share updates here as plans firm up. Thank you for your interest in Heritage Point, and for being part of this story from the beginning.

Announcement

Heritage Point Announces Vision for Savannah Lakes Peninsula

Heritage Point at Savannah Lakes has outlined a long-term vision for the redevelopment of a lakefront peninsula within Savannah Lakes Village, near McCormick, South Carolina, on J. Strom Thurmond Lake along the South Carolina–Georgia line.

The plan centers on five connected experiences: planned residential neighborhoods, Liberty Marina, dockside dining at Lincoln's Landing, community gathering space at Cannon Green, and public-facing waterfront and green space. Heritage Point is also evaluating commercial, retail, and hospitality opportunities to support residents and visitors.

Home designs, floor plans, specifications, pricing, availability, amenities, and completion timing referenced or implied on this website are subject to change without notice and do not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy a home, lot, or interest in any jurisdiction where prior registration is required or where such offer or solicitation cannot lawfully be made.

Liberty Marina & Waterfront Progress Update

Planning and early-stage work continue along the Liberty Marina waterfront, part of the broader vision for Heritage Point's marina and green space corridor.

Heritage Point at Savannah Lakes includes a mix of existing, planned, and proposed places and amenities that may be owned, operated, or managed by Heritage Point, by the Savannah Lakes Village Property Owners Association (POA), or by independent third parties. References to marina, golf, trail, dining, or recreational amenities do not imply Heritage Point ownership, operation, or guaranteed public access unless expressly stated.

We'll continue to share updates on this page as Liberty Marina and the surrounding waterfront move from planning into active construction.
